  Really enjoy the food, but the service is hit and miss. I'd say about 50-50. We've had excellent servers a few times, but other times we've had to wait 20 min just for refills and servers weren't very attentive. Our most recent visit was really positive though, and it seemed like maybe there was a new manager (?) anyway everything was super smooth, let's hope this is a trend.

  Everytime we go to this place, it's super crowded any time of day. The food is really good, but the service everytime sucks! Maybe it's because they are so busy? I don't know. Like I said I like the food, but we don't go often because I can get good food elsewhere with good service.

  The food was fine, what you would expect from a chain. If you want good service, don't sit in the bar area. Our drinks were never refilled & we were never asked if we wanted anymore of our bottomless fries.
